Fairway Crossing Property Owner’s Association (POA) exists solely to further the betterment of the community. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for ensuring that development in the neighborhood follows the guidelines contained in the deeds and restrictions.
The deeds and restrictions were registered with Harris County on June 19th 1998. As a property owner everyone should have received a copy of these Deeds and Restrictions after closing. There are slight differences between the Deeds and Restrictions for each of the six sections of the neighborhood. Copies of all six documents (available for download) together with a map outlining the sections are available on the Deeds & Restrictions
If you are intending to make any modifications to the exterior of your property, or complete new construction in your yard, please apply to the ACC, care of CKM Property Management, using one of the two application forms below.
